Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee project accounting, including reconciliation, and month-end close activities.
- Review and monitor job costing for projects, ensuring costs are accurately captured, allocated, and aligned with budgets.
- Perform detailed cost analysis and variance analysis for projects, highlighting key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to validate job costs, track project progress, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and journal entries related to repair works.
- Manage new contract booking, variation order by compliance with estimating instruction and approval matrix.
- Assist Job Cost team to review and cover quarterly and yearly Cost Review meeting and perform necessary cost re-estimation on time.
