Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on finance professional to join an investment management firm on a 12-month contract to support day-to-day finance operations — primarily payments processing and month-end close across the smaller entities within the group.
BAU Finance Operations (Primary Focus)
- Process and review payments prepared at the AP stage, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and timely execution
- Own month-end close for the smaller entities within the group — journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations
- Review month-end reporting packages from overseas bookkeepers (external)
- Support indirect tax filings (VAT / GST / SST) across relevant jurisdictions
- Assist with annual audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
- Support intercompany funding tracking and basic cashflow monitoring
