Job Description
The main purpose of this position is to support the finance department in daily operations.
- Manage full accounts receivable, including invoicing, monitoring receivable aging, contacting customers for payment commitments, and issuing Statements of Accounts (SOA) regularly to follow up outstanding payments.
- Ensure proper issuance and validation of e‑invoices (LHDN compliance).
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit compliance.
- Support month‑end closing (SQL) and reporting.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by your superior or department head from time to time.
