About the role
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be directly reporting to the President of the company. Overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad‑hoc projects and requests as and when they come up.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the continuous improvement of end‑to‑end accounting practices.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the board.
- Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout.
- Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
- Leading the team, will handle the Treasury Manager, Treasury Supervisor, Accounting Supervisor, Credit & Collection and Taxation section.
