About the Role
Ensure accurate reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with ATG data, resolve transaction discrepancies, and support process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls, documentation, and overall operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data, identifying and analyzing variances within the accounting system
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction-related discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate corrections and drive resolution of identified issues
