About the job Senior Financial Analyst - Controlling (Laguna) | Onsite
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Product costing & cost structure analysis
- Cost performance, variance, and margin analysis
- Partner with manufacturing/operations on cost drivers
- Technical deep-dives into costing models
- Support budgeting & forecasting (manufacturing focus)
- Improve costing processes & controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5 to10 years of relevant experience (Mandatory)
- Manufacturing industry background is required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; Infor LN experience is a strong advantage.
