Job Description
- Oversee financial management and reporting across a large property portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Partner closely with the Asset Manager to support feasibility assessments, acquisitions, and disposals
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for major developments and portfolio assets
- Develop detailed financial models including rental projections, cost structures, and return assumptions
- Conduct sensitivity analysis across key drivers such as vacancy, escalation, and funding assumptions
- Oversee covenant calculations and reporting for lender submissions
- Lead and manage the full debtor function, including billing, collections, and credit control
- Engage with tenants and internal teams to resolve escalations and optimise collections
