Senior Financial Plant Analyst Are you a finance professional with a strong manufacturing background and a passion for driving operational performance? We're looking for a Senior Financial Plant Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll lead financial planning, cost analysis, and control activities at the plant level, working closely with both our Mabe Finance team and GE Appliances U. S. teams to support strategic decision-making. What you'll be doing: Leading the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, and long-range planning Overseeing standard costing, BOM accuracy, and manufacturing variance analysis Acting as a key financial advisor to Operations and Microenterprise teams Managing export finance oversight (transfer pricing, margin analysis, FX impact) Ensuring timely monthly close, reporting, and compliance with US GAAP / IFRS What we're looking for: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred) 5+ years of experience, including 3+ in a manufacturing envir...
