Otago Regional Council is seeking a Senior Flood Hazard Engineer to join their Natural Hazards team in beautiful Otago, New Zealand. This role involves applying advanced hydraulic and hydrologic modelling to address flood risk challenges, ensuring community resilience and effective infrastructure planning.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in flood hazard engineering, with strong skills in HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS, and will be welcomed into a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Competitive salary of NZD $105,000–$120,000 is offered along with great work-life balance.
