Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth of formwork systems and related products across designated African export markets
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Provide technical and commercial support to clients, including product recommendations and solution design
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and tenders
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records
