In this role, you will hold direct responsibility for the renewal lifecycle, driving account growth initiatives while collaborating with Account Managers.
The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS customer success, is fluent in French, and possesses strong commercial acumen. Understanding social media analytics is a plus.
