**Role Summary**

The role requires strong software development fundamentals, practical experience delivering production-grade features, and deep hands-on usage of AI coding agents to improve development speed, quality, and confidence. The ideal candidate is omfortable working across frontend, backend, database, orchestration, testing, and deployment layers.
