We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice. This is a senior consulting role for a professional who combines strong business analysis, discovery leadership, and functional solution design skills with the ability to guide clients through digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery and Business Analysis Leadership
- Lead client discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions
- Facilitate current state and future state business process analysis
- Produce key discovery and business analysis deliverables including:
- Process maps and swim lane diagrams
- Workflow and process documentation
- User stories, epics and backlog refinement
- Functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Gap fit analysis and solution recommendations
