Senior Fund Accountant | Boston, MA | Private Credit
Our team is working with a leading credit fund based in Boston, looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant to their growing fund finance team. The Senior Fund Accountant will support fund accounting and operations for alternative investment vehicles, overseeing the review of NAVs, investor capital accounts, financial reporting, and fund administrator deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with fund governing documents. Responsibilities include supporting close processes, monitoring fund expenses and allocations, tracking investment activity, managing shadow accounting records, and analyzing complex transactions such as restructurings, recapitalizations, PIK income, OID, and valuation adjustments.
