Job Description
The Senior Generalist Asset Artist is responsible for delivering complex 3D assets across characters, props, and environments, while guiding and mentoring less experienced artists. This role requires advanced skills in modeling, texturing, and lookdev, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Duties:
- Asset Creation: Deliver high-end assets across asset types with minimal supervision
Technical Oversight: Ensure assets meet pipeline and render efficiency requirements - Mentorship: Provide feedback and support to junior and mid-level artists
- Leading:Lead by example through the delivery of consistent, production-ready assets
- Team development: Support the development of a strong, collaborative asset team
- Workflow Improvement: Help test or improve asset tools, templates, and methods. Identify and solve common workflow bottlenecks
