Senior GIS Expert / GIS Architect
Location: Couillet (Charleroi), Belgium – Hybrid (minimum 2 days on-site)
Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable
Start Date: September 2026
We are seeking an experienced GIS Expert to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise geospatial solutions within a large-scale water and infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops with business users and gather functional requirements
- Analyze and challenge business needs to ensure feasibility and added value
- Produce detailed functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Model business processes and data flows using UML/BPMN
- Configure and develop ArcGIS applications (Experience Builder, Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards)
- Publish and manage services within ArcGIS Enterprise
