Senior Global Design Manager
Haleon is a purpose‑driven consumer company focused on everyday health. The Senior Global Design Manager will serve as the design partner across all product and brand touchpoints—including shopper, digital, packaging, and innovation—for our Otrivin, Flonase, and Theraflu brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead in applying design principles to all aspects of Brand Marketing, including Visual Positioning, Holistic Brand Language (HBL), Master Designs & Design Guidelines, and codifying and protecting brand equity.
- Define brand design guardrails and manage approved brand assets to guide localisation of content, ensuring high quality and consistency across brand assets.
- Lead design development within the innovation process applying design thinking, collaborating with QSC and R&D on packaging and product development and innovation.
