Job Overview
Senior Global Trial Managers (SGTMs) are an integral part of clinical trial delivery, leading and working alongside clinical teams to improve patient outcomes by bringing new drugs to market faster. The SGTM is a core project team member responsible for delivering large, multi‑regional studies in compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and internal SOPs, policies, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH), customer contracts, and internal policies and SOPs.
- Accountable for meeting projects’ clinical targets.
- Contribute to the development of the project risk mitigation plan and manage clinical risks through the project lifecycle.
