We are looking for an experienced Senior Graduate Recruiter with an existing portfolio of corporate clients to join our growing team in Johannesburg.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead, train, and support a junior team member
- Drive growth within the graduate recruitment space
Key qualifications
- 2–5 years’ recruitment agency experience
- Proven experience managing corporate clients
- Strong 360 recruitment capability
- Existing client portfolio/business development ability advantageous
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor one team member
- Must be office-based in Johannesburg
