The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging creative that brings Arcadis’ Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life across global and regional markets. By delivering consistent, on-brand content for both online and offline channels, this role positions Arcadis as an employer of choice, ensuring the creative output resonates with diverse talent audiences and supports recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Role Accountabilities
- Bring the Arcadis EVP to life through compelling, multi‑channel creative, translating our purpose and values into audience‑relevant design for global, regional and Early Careers talent
- Create high‑quality content across social, digital, email, video, motion and event channels
