Requirements
- Pro in Photoshop and Figma, familiar with Illustrator
- Has a portfolio that makes parents proud
- Is a pro in working with marketing media content (banners, brandings, ad illustrations, etc.)
- Constantly looking for new design solutions, when there is nothing to do improves hard skills
- Reads articles and watches videos about new design trends instead of scrolling social media feed
- Can talk endlessly about what a complimentary color and a closed composition are
- Knows how to take initiative and the meaning of responsibility and self-organization
