About the Role:
As a Senior Growth Marketer, you will own the end-to-end growth of our participant base — from acquisition to activation, retention, and engagement.
This is a build-from-scratch role, where you’ll set up processes, test ideas, and scale what works. You’ll use data and AI to drive decisions and improve performance over time.
What You’ll Do
- Set up tracking, dashboards, and growth metrics
- Run campaigns across paid ads, organic, referrals, and partnerships
- Turn signups into active and repeat users
- Launch email, push, and SMS campaigns
- Improve retention and re-engage inactive users
- Test ideas, analyze results, and scale what works
- Use AI tools to automate and improve growth efforts
