Escentric Molecules is a globally recognised niche fragrance brand with a cult following and strong international presence across ecommerce and select retail partners. Known for its distinctive, minimalist approach to perfumery, the brand continues to scale across key markets including the UK, EU and US.
We are exclusively supporting Escentric Molecules in the appointment of a Senior Growth Manager. Reporting into senior leadership, this role will define and execute the brand’s end-to-end digital growth strategy, owning acquisition, retention and on-site performance. The position sits at the centre of commercial performance, marketing execution and customer strategy.
