The Role
The Trip Request conversion flow is the most important product flow of our product. We are looking for a data‑driven, growth‑oriented Senior Product Manager with experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) . Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be the primary driver of growth across our entire conversion funnel .
You will lead agile squads, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to turn traveler insights into high‑impact experiments. Your mission is to optimize the discovery‑to‑request journey, ensuring our site reflects our premium brand while maximizing conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Execution: Own the execution of the 2026 CRO roadmap. You will be responsible for defining our optimization vision, strategy and roadmap.
