Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own exchange active user metrics (MAU/Cumulative Transactors), define and execute user activation growth strategies
- Lead consumer-facing growth feature planning and iteration, including task systems, check-ins, rewards stores, and trading incentives
- Plan and operate user campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events), with ability to build campaign platforms or templatized frameworks from 0 to 1
- Continuously optimize activation conversion and retention curves through data‑driven approaches (funnel analysis, user segmentation, A/B testing)
- Coordinate cross‑functional resources across design, engineering, data, and compliance to drive project delivery
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identify actionable growth opportunities
