- Lead end-to-end IT projects focused on system integration and ESB platforms
- Take direct ownership of project execution beyond coordination and governance
- Drive integration initiatives involving ESB, middleware, APIs, and data flows
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards
- Manage dependencies across multiple enterprise applications and teams
- Facilitate functional and technical workshops with business and IT stakeholders
