+ 8 years of experience in hardware/fleet maintenance, robotics service, or field engineering.
+ 6 years of industry experience with electrical troubleshooting, electrical assembly, and mechanical assembly.
+ Experience developing specifications, SOPs, and test protocols.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience identifying root causes of hardware failure in the field.
+ Experience working in a lab/warehouse setting and managing physical assets.
