The role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated health care support workers to join our developing Hospital at Home service for Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire. The role involves supporting frail patients experiencing acute changes, working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT), and delivering acute‑level care in the person’s home or homely environment.
