Job Description

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Support for their Richmond, VA/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Daily responsibilities will consist of creating, modifying and deleting user access accounts in various applications for all lines of business across our organization. Troubleshoot provisioning errors, work on various access clean up projects, cross train within the team.

Requirements:

+ Candidates should be local and able to support onsite expectations.

+ Preference for individuals with stable work histories and demonstrated commitment to long-term engagements.

+ Strong technical capabilities are required, but reliability and retention are equally important considerations.

+ Given current onboarding challenges, candidates with straightforward background verification requirements will be highly desirable
