Overview
As a Senior HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Enterprise Solutions Division by delivering high‑quality, commercially focused HR solutions. This is an opportunity to work with a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services, where your passion meets purpose and you help shape the future.
In this role you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor to provide expert advice and support to managers and employees. You’ll manage complex employee relations cases, coach managers to build their people‑management skills, and ensure HR best practices are embedded across the division.
This role involves travel to London 2 days per week, and working from home 3 days.
