About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic HR partner to our Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) Division. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading the GSM HR function while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver effective, compliant and people-focused HR solutions across a highly diverse international environment.
Operating within a complex, entrepreneurial and matrixed organization, you will support leaders and employees across source countries, including Singapore, China, India, Kenya, Nepal and Russia. You will play a critical role in shaping people strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and delivering exceptional employee lifecycle support.
