Job Description
Primary Function:
- The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) provides strategic support and consultation on human resources-related matters within the designated Operating Unit (OU). The incumbent establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff.
- The Sr. HRBP partners with senior leadership to analyze, monitor, and address human resources initiatives that aim to strategically and proactively enhance the work environment.
