The Job:
As a key part of the national HR leadership team & reporting to the Director of HR, the successful candidate will cover a broad but high-level remit across the HR function including a mix of both hands-on & strategic duties. This will include designing & implementing strategic level HR projects across your region, planning HR change initiatives, overseeing recruitment & workforce planning activities, developing internal talent pathways, coordinating training/L&D programmes, aligning comps/bens packages & ensuring compliance wi...
