Senior HR Business Partner — Manufacturing & Talent

Our Clients is looking for an HR Business Partner in Cebu City, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the commissary workforce. This includes managing recruitment, training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 4–5 years of experience in HR business partnering and at least 3 years in a leadership role. Fluency in Visayan/Cebuano is required, along with a strong background in talent management.
