Location: Richmond, On-site Monday to Friday
Language: English – strong written and verbal communication required
Duration: Permanent, Full time 8:30-4:30pm
Background Check Requirement: Criminal Background check required
Eligible for performance based incentive which could be up to 15% of annual salary

As an Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing and inclusive workplace in a complex, unionized environment. You’ll work alongside executive leaders, translating business priorities into actionable HR strategies that drive results and impact.
