Senior HR Executive (Payroll & HR Operations)
Our client, a well-established organisation in the preschool sector, is seeking a hands‑on Senior HR Executive (Payroll & HR Operations) to join their HR team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and supporting the full spectrum of HR operations across multiple preschool centres.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Manage end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS, NS make‑up pay claims, leave administration, and statutory requirements.
- Process payroll‑related updates, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, leave records, and employee data changes.
