Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, talent sourcing, and conducting interviews.
- Prepare and verify employment agreements in accordance with Malaysian employment regulations.
- Maintain HR records and databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide HR guidance to department managers on matters related to employee performance, disciplinary actions, and workplace relations.
- Review, enhance, and implement HR policies and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Organize onboarding, employee engagement, and retention activities to foster a positive working environment.
