What you will do:
1. Payroll Management (Core Function)
- Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including overtime payments, claims, incentives, allowances, and other approved payments.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and ensure accurate generation and distribution of payslips.
- Handle statutory submissions including CPF, IR21, and annual IR8A reporting.
- Review employee status changes (e.g. new hires, resignations, salary adjustments) and ensure timely and accurate updates in the payroll system.
- Administer government-paid leave schemes and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
