Role Responsibilities
Construct scenarios across enterprise talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale. Build tasks involving enterprise HRIS at 5K+ to 50K+ employee scale (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud). Develop multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios (FMLA, ADA, EU parental leave, APAC statutory programs). Design enterprise total rewards programs including equity, deferred comp, and executive compensation. Author tasks on Fortune 500 DEI programs, organizational design, and M&A people integra...
