Responsibilities
- Own the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining digital records
- Ensure 100% compliance with local UAE/GCC Labor Laws, including visa processing and MOHRE/freezone regulations
- Manage the talent pipeline by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations, and medical insurance administration
- Implement annual performance review cycles and drive local employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with international teams to align local GCC operations with global business standards
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a senior generalist or managerial role
- Deep, practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regional GCC employment regulations
