Responsibilities- Assist divisional director and be responsible and provide strategic quality services for the group human resources.
- Provide direction and control of all the human resources functions, operations and activities.
- Scope of responsibilities shall include but not limited to researching, analysing, developing, planning and implementing strategic plans, policies and activities for maintaining existing and attracting new talents and provide value-added data to business and support units.
- Assist divisional director to steer the management of initiatives, activities and/or events to deliver the desired outcomes in tandem with the Group vision.
- Establish operational budgets and ensures that the budgeted goals are achieved and development cost objectives are met.
