Job Description
1. Expatriate Management & Complex EP Processing (High Focus)
- End-to-End Mobility: Independently manage the entire Employment Pass (EP), Dependent Pass, and Professional Visit Pass (PVP) lifecycle via MDEC / ESD portals .
- Immigration Compliance: Serve as the main liaison with government agencies and immigration authorities; proactively resolve any visa rejection issues or quota constraints.
- Expat Onboarding: Guide foreign consultants through their relocation, medical check-ups, and tax clearance processes smoothly.
2. End-to-End Payroll & Financial Administration
- Payroll Execution: Run accurate, timely monthly payroll for internal staff and deployed consultants, ensuring strict compliance with local statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS ).
