Join our HR team as a Senior HR Operations Specialist (all genders) and act as a key advisor for managers and employees across Germany and EMEA. You'll manage HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining HR data integrity. Collaborate with HR departments, lead projects, and drive process improvements.
Act as a knowledgeable and service-oriented point of contact for managers, employees, and HR Operations Specialists regarding all HR-related matters (Germany and EMEA) and company-specific HR processes and standards (globally)Organize the administrative handling of employee onboarding and offboarding processes (employment contracts, warnings, terminations, and separation agreements) as well as all documentation throughout the employee lifecycle (maternity leave, parental leave, contract amendments)Independently review and sign documents and agreements within t...
