Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant B. Degree (NQF Level 7, 3-year qualification, preferably in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or Human Resources) or equivalent plus approximately 6 years of relevant experience, where such experience includes
- A minimum of 4 years of previous experience as an HR practitioner, where recruitment and HR admin are key responsibilities
- Experience where HR work has been executed with the use of an HR information technology system
- Experience in most, if not all, areas of HR (for example, recruitment and selection, HR administration, Industrial Relations, training and development, remuneration, performance management, HR IT systems, and well-being)
- At least one year of management experience
- Assisting with the development of structures, systems, and processes to ensure service delivery of a high quality that is valued by others
