Job Description
Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers and employees with specific focus on HR fundamentals, talent acquisition, process training, employee engagement, communication, union relations.
Responsibilities
- HR Fundamentals: Support delivery of HR programs and activities, high‑level HR administration, analytics and reporting, ensuring quality, delivery and responsiveness.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruitment, onboarding, exits, responsible for the entire recruitment & selection process, secure recruitment approvals, assist with internal/external advertisements.
- Training & Development: Support plant training and development programme, skill development and on‑the‑job training.
- Employee Engagement: Drive plant communication process, improve employee morale, lead employee survey actions, provide expertise to supervisors for action plans.
