We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Senior HR Professional to support key HR processes, provide guidance to employees and managers, and contribute to creating a positive, high-performance workplace. Key Responsibilities
Execute core HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce planning.
Support and resolve employee concerns, including conducting internal investigations, corrective actions, and providing coaching where necessary.
Build strong, credible relationships with leaders at all levels through collaboration, trust, and clear communication.
Apply sound judgment to diagnose issues and recommend effective HR solutions in complex or ambiguous situations.
