Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our HR Services team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will provide expert-level support for employee lifecycle processes across the region, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. You will manage complex HR transactions, mentor junior team members, and serve as a key escalation point for challenging employee inquiries. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with regional labor laws, and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to enhance HR service delivery.

- Employee Lifecycle Support: Manage and execute complex employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, promotions, international transfers, employee exits.
