Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Partnering, people partnering or similar roles
,- Deep experience in partnering B2B GTM organizations in high growth environments (multiple geography partnering is a plus)
,- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret GTM metrics (pipeline, productivity, quota attainment, sales velocity, conversion rates) and translate them into people decisions
,- Strong track record of building trusted relationships with leaders and driving measurable business & people outcomes
,- Strong capability in organizational design, performance management, leadership coaching
,- A system mindset: build simple and repeatable solutions rather than one time fixes
,- Strong analytical thinking
,- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures
