Job Summary
HRBP provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides Labor Law regulations, HR policy guidance and interpretation. Supports organizational effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to Vale strategy. Leads the HR vision by exemplifying exceptional personal and team leadership. Actively engages in embedding the HR Operating Model, ensuring its successful implementation and integration across the organization.
