Job Description
We are hiring a Senior HRIS Associate to support and maintain enterprise HR systems and applications within a global HRIS operations environment.
This role is ideal for an HRIS professional with hands-on experience in Workday HCM, ServiceNow administration, HR systems support, reporting, data updates, and regression testing. You will provide front-line system support, manage HRIS-related cases, participate in system maintenance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement across HR technology processes.
What You’ll Do
HRIS Support and Case Management
- Provide front-line support for enterprise HR systems through case management and HR system data updates.
- Conduct case investigations, analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Support MyHR / ServiceNow administration, including case reassignment, case closure, and other HRIS-owned system actions.
